I am a licensed clinical social worker certified to practice in the state of Texas. I currently work in leadership position at a local mental health organization serving the Houston community. I obtained my Bachelor of Social Work degree from Lamar University and Master of Social

Work degree from University of Texas at Arlington. In addition, I have pursued several advanced therapeutic training courses to continue expanding on clinical knowledge.

 

I have several years of experience as a clinical social worker. I have experience providing mental health therapy, including in inpatient and outpatient settings, case management services, crisis intervention, trauma informed care, and more. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to work with of client systems as individuals, groups, and families/couples from a multitude of backgrounds ranging from child to older adult populations. 

 

As a clinical supervisor, I enjoy supporting and educating social workers as they grow in their career. I have a passion for sharing social work knowledge and skills with other clinicians. I have several years of experience as a clinical supervisor. I have supervised many social workers across Texas that work in a variety of spaces within social work, including case management, mental health, private practice, hospitals, schools, dialysis, and more.
